Doig & Robertson To Ann B. Shannon
"Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into this 19th day
of November 1877 between James Doig and Wm H. Rob-
ertson and Francis W. Doig and Margaret E. Robertson
wives of James Doig and Wm H. Robertson (who
join in this deed for the purposes of renouncing
and relinquishing their right of Dower to the prem-
ises hereinafter Conveyed of the first part, and Ann
B. Shannon of the Second part, Witnesseth, that
the said parties of the first part for and in consid-
eration of the sum of fifty dollars to them
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained and sold and by these
presents do grant bargain and sell and convey to the
party of the second part all that tract or parcel of land
known and described on the Map of Voyle's Survey
of 1876 as lots 7 & 10 Block 2, Range 2, of an Eastern
addition to the town of Gainesville County of Alachua
and State of Florida To have and to hold the said party
of the second part her heirs and assigns with the
rights and appurtenances thereto belonging and the
title to the same the parties of the first part
to the party of the second part her heirs and assigns
shall and will forever warrant and defend by
these presents. In witness whereof we have hereunto
set our hands and seals this the day and year
