separate and apart from her said husband acknowl-

the foregoing Deed for the purposes therein expressed
freely voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband and that said real estate and
appurtenances thereto belonging and appertain-
ing is the separate property of her the said Ann
B. Shannon at the time of the sale and transfer
