North along said Eastern boundary line one hundred
and Seventy seven and a half (177 1/2) yards thence
west Four hundred and thirty five and a half
(435 1/2) yards thence South Two hundred and forty
seven and a half (247 1/2) yards thence east along
said half mile dividing line Two hundred and
Ninety five and a half (295 1/2) yards to the place of
beginning containing Twenty (20) acres of land
more or less Together with all and Singular the 
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to
the same belonging or in anywise appertaining =
To have and to hold the same unto her the said
Margaret L. Pardue and to her heirs, executors &
administrators in fee simple absolute forever -
