This Indenture made this 15" day of September
AD 1879 between Wm B. Brumleve and Susanna
E. Brumleve of the State of Kentucky and County
of Jefferson of the first part and Phillip Miller
of the State of Florida and County of Alachua
of the second part. Witnesseth that the
said parties of he first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Seven
hundred and Fifty dollars to them in
hand paid by the said party of the Second
part at and before the Sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said party of the Second part his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain
