the Same free and discharged from all incum-
brances and liens of any and every nature and des-
cription and that the said party of the Second part
his heirs and assigns Shall quietly and peaceably and
may at all times hereafter have use occupy possess
and enjoy the above described premises against

Shall come greeting:

Application              3205 - Whereas there has been
deposited in the General Land office of the United
States a Certificate of the register of the Land
office at Gainesville Florida whereby it appears
that pursuant to the act of Congress approved
20th May 1862 "To Secure Homesteads to actual Settlers
on the public Domain" and the acts supplemental
thereto the claim of Murmie Lampe the Widow
of Joseph Lampe deceased has established and
duly consummated in Conformity to law for the
east half of the South West Quarter of Section
twenty Six in township ten South of Range twenty
two East in the district of lands subject to Sale
