particularly designated and described on
J.H. Ropers Map of said Grant as Lot (#20)
number Twenty Containing Forty (40) acres more
or less. Together with all and singular the tenem-
ents hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and all
the estate right title interest property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in Law
as in equity of the said parties of the first part
in and to the above described premises and every
part and parcel thereof. To have and to hold
unto the said party of the Second part his
heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple absolute forever and the said par-
ties of the first part do hereby covenant and agree
with the said party of the second part that they
are seized of and have good right and suf-
ficient title to convey the said premises and
the said parties of the first part do by
these presents for themselves their heirs exec-
utors and administrators warrant and agree
to forever defend the title of the said prop-
erty in and to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns against all and
every person or persons whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim the same In testimony whereof

peared before me W.B. Brumleve and Susanna
E. Brumleve who acknowledged in my presence
that they executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance
for the uses and purposes therein set forth and the
said Susanna E. Brumleve wife of the said
W.B. Brumleve upon being examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband
acknowledged that she made herself a party to
the said deed of conveyance for the express
purpose of renouncing releasing and extinquish
ing all her dower or right of dower in and to
