Alachua County   } This Indenture made this
February 11th AD 1878, between Sarah Spencer and
J.W. Spencer as administrators & J.W. Spencer as
heir at Law & attorney in fact for the heirs of
Nathan Spencer deceased parties of the first part
and Amos Mulberry all at present of said
State & County parties of the first and second
parts: Witnesseth: that the said parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the Sum
of twenty Dollars lawful money of the United
States the receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged do hereby give grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Amos Mulberry party
