Commencing one hundred & eighty feet from
the eastern line of lot 46, South & running West
66 feet the said 66 feet running the whole length
of said lot North & South to the North boundary of
said lot, said lot 46 being a description of
the lands of Nathan Spencer deceased according
to a diagram of lots the same being a fraction-
al part of the N1/2 of sec 6 Township 10 Range
20 East. To have and to hold the above bargained
& described premises together with the tenements
& appurtenances unto the said party of the Second
part his heirs executors or administrators forever
and the said parties of the first part do covenant
and agree with the said party of the Second
part that they will warrant & defend the above
granted premises in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the said party of the second part
his heirs & assigns forever against themselves their
heirs & assigns and all others claiming or to claim
the same. In Witness whereof the said parties of
the first part have hereunto set their hands & af-
