                     "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that we William T.
Richardson (bachelor) Samuel T. Richardson & S.J. Richardson his wife
and Margaret L. Richardson widow of James M. Richardson late of Alachua
County Florida, deceased, and Henry S. Richardson & M.S. Richardson his
wife all of the State and County aforesaid for and in consideration of the
sum of Seven hundred dollars to us in hand paid by Mary F. Wilkinson
also of the County & State aforesaid the receipt whereof we and each of
us do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold & conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell & convey unto her the said Mary
F. Wilkinson all that certain lot piece or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the town of Gainesville County of Alachua & State of Florida particularly
described upon the original map or plat of said town of Gainesville as the South
East quarter of Lot Three (3) in Block Three (3) of Range Four (4) said South
East quarter of said lot being one hundred feet north and South and Thirty
(30) feet East and West. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments & appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the same unto her the said Mary F. Wilkinson & to her
heirs executors administrators & assigns in fee simple absolute forever
and we the said William T. Richardson Samuel T. Richardson & S.J.
Richardson his wife & Margaret L. Richardson & Henry S. Richardson
& M.S. Richardson his wife do hereby covenant & agree to & with the said
Mary F. Wilkinson and her heirs executors administrators and assigns
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property hereby conveyed, that
we have good right and sufficient title to sell and convey the same
free from all incumbrances of whatsoever nature or kind & that we will
warrant and forever defend the said premises unto her the said Mary
F. Wilkinson & her heirs executors administrators & assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of us and each of us and any and all
persons whomsoever and we the said Margarett L. Richardson S.J. Rich-
ardson and M.S. Richardson do hereby declare that we do join
in this deed for the purpose of releasing relinquishing & renounci-
ng and conveying all dower or right of dower which we or either
of us may have to the said property at Law or in equity
