& Mrs S.G. Richardson wife of S.T. Richardson who being duly
questioned and examined by me separately & apart from their said
husbands say & acknowledge that they made themselves parties
to the foregoing deed of conveyance for the purpose of renouncing
& relinquishing all their right of dower in the property thereby
conveyed & that they did the same freely & voluntarily &
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or
from their said husbands

hereby waive and relinquish the lien of the Judgement of James P. Richardson
vs Wm T. Richardson admr of Jas M. Richardson obtained in Circuit
Court of Alachua County said State upon the property named and conveyed
in foregoing deed to wit: South east quarter of Lot No (3) Three in
Block (3) Three of Range (4) Four of original map or Survey of Town of
Gainesville Fla - said Judgement being for the sum of Nine hundred
and fifty eight 56/100 Dollars The power of Attorney under which said
Wm T. Richardson acts in this matter is of record on page 44 of
Judgement Book "D" in Clerks office of said County.
