County of Alachua } Known all men by these
presents that I Walter S. Land of the State
of Florida and Alachua County for and in
consideration of Three hundred dollars to me
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged do give grant bargain sell
and convey unto Sarah R. Barnes of said
State and County aforesaid all of my interest
in the Hammock land in the South West Quar-
ter of Section twenty two (22) township Ten (10) Range
(20) East. The said parcel of Hammock land lying
and being in the State of Florida and Alachua
County and known as the Sink hole property
with all the privileges and appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in any wise appertaining to
have and to hold the above granted premises
to the said Sarah R. Barnes her heirs & exec-
utors administrators and assigns forever in
fee simple and I the said Walter S. Land
my heirs Exors administrators and assigns do
covenant with the said Sarah R. Barnes her
heirs executors administrators and assigns
shall warrant and defend the same
