to the said Sarah R. Barnes her heirs exors
admrs and assigns against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever and I Amy S. Land
wife of the said Walter S. Land for the con-
sideration aforesaid and for diverse other
good and valuable consideration do hereby
release and quit claim with the said Sarah
R. Barnes her heirs exors admrs and assigns
all my right claim or possibility of dower
in or out of the above described premises in
testimony whereof the said Walter S. Land
and Amy S. Land have hereunto set our
hands and seals this 11 day of October 1879
