acres and ninety five hundredths of an acre
according to the official Plat of the Survey of
the said Land returned to the General Land
office by the surveyor General:
Now know ye That there is therefore granted by
the United States unto the sais Murmie
Lampe the tract of Land above described: To
have and to hold the said tract of Land with
the appurtenances thereof unto the said Murmie
Lampe and to her heirs and assigns forever
In testimony whereof I Rutherford B, Hayes President
of the United States of America have Caused

"Deed"
This Indenture made the 12th day of May anno Dom-
ini Eighteen hundred and Seventy nine Between
Murmie Lamps of Hawthorn County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the first part and
Simon Lamps of Hawthorn County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the Second part
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part
for and in Consideration of One dollar to her in
hand paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has given
granted aliened bargained Sold transferred and doth
by these presents give grant alien bargain sell
transfer and Convey unto the said party of the Second
part and his heirs and assigns forever all that Certain
Lot Tract or Parcel of Land Situate lying and being
in the County of Alachua and the State of Florida
and known and described in the public records
