of the said parties of the first part in and to
the above described premises and every part and
parcel thereof:
To have and To Hold the above granted bargained
and described premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the Second part his heirs
and assigns to his and their own proper use
benefit and behoof forever and the said par-
ties of the first part for their heirs executors and
administrators do hereby Covenant with the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns that at
the time of the delivery hereof the said parties of the
first part were the lawful owners of the property
premises above granted and seized thereof in fee
Simple absolute that they are free from all encum-
brances that the said parties of the first part have
good right to Sell and Convey to the said party of the
second part as aforesaid and that the said parties
of the first part their heirs executors and admin-
istrators the above described and hereby granted
and Conveyed premises and every part and par-
cel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns
against the said parties of the first part and
their heirs and against all and every person
and persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or
to claim the same Shall and will warrant
and by these present forever defend
