               Deed
This Indenture made the 28th day of June Anno
Domini Eighteen hundred and Seventy nine between
Joseph M. Kitler and Wealthy Kitler his wife
of County of Alachua and State of Florida
parties of the first part and George E. Robbins
of Rixford County of Suwannee and State
of Florida party of the second part: Witnesseth:
That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of Seven hundred Dollars to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
given granted aliened bargained sold transferred
and do by these presents give grant alien bargain
sell transfer and convey unto the said party of 
the second part and his heirs and assigns for-
ever all that certain Lot Tract or Parcel of Land
situate lying and being in the County of Al-
achua and State of Florida and known and
described on the public records of said State as
The North East Quarter (NE1/4) of the North West (of NW1/4)
of section 8 Eight in Township (9) nine south of
Range (22) twenty two East containing (40) Forty acres
more or less
