hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belong-
ing and also all the estate right title interest dower
and right of dower property claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the
said parties of the first part of in and to the same
with the appurtenances.
To have and To hold the above described premises
with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto
the said party of the second part and his heirs
and assigns as his absolute property in fee simple
forever. And the said parties of the first part for
themselves heirs and assigns do covenant and agree
that they are lawfully seized of the above described
premises by deed from Henry Adomis and wife
bearing date August 18, 1857, and that they have con-
veyed the same free and discharged from all
encumbrances and liens of any and every nature
and description created by them and the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns shall
quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described
premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully
claiming by through or under them the said party of
the first part

S.J. Kennard a Justice of the Peace personally
appeared Joseph M. Kitler and Wealthy Kitler
his wife on this twenty eighth of June AD 1879 -
who Severally acknowledged that they executed the
foregoing deed and I further certify that the said
Wealthy Kitler being at the time separate and
apart from her said husband did acknowledge
under her hand and seal that she executed
the foregoing deed of conveyance to George E.
Robbins and that she joined in the said deed
for the purpose of relinquishing and renouncing
all dower or right of dower in and to the premises
described therein and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of dower was and is made fully
and voluntarily and without any compulsion
or constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her husband the said Joseph M. Kitler
