Julia Cessna et al To Mary B. Waples
                "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into this 1st day 
of December AD 1877 between Julia Cessna and 
W.K. Cessna her husband Annie L. Barton and D.
W.L. Barton her husband Franklin Johnson and
Sarah S. Johnson his wife and Agnes M. Miller
and C.R. Miller all of Alachua County State of
Florida parties of the first part and Mary B.
Waples party of the second part Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Three hundred
dollars to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged have given granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do give
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party
of the second part her heirs or assigns all that
certain piece or parcel of land situate and lying
in section fifteen T10 S R19 E County and State
aforesaid and particularly described as follows viz:
Commencing at the North East corner of said Section
fifteen T10 R19 S & E and running thence Nineteen
chains and seventy five links to a stake thence
South along the reserved road fifty six chains
and twenty five links to a stake the point of be-
ginning thence South nineteen chains and sixty links
to a stake on the boundary line of Orange City thence
south Sixty degrees West one chain & ten links to a stake
thence West Nine chains and forty links to a stake
at the south East corner of Chas P. Perrys lot thence
North twenty chains to a stake on Morris Deporters
south line and thence East ten chains to the point of
beginning containing twenty more or less
Together with all and Singular the tenements heredi-
taments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any-
wise appertaining the said Julia Cessna and W.K. Cessna
conveying one third part the said Annie L. Barton
and D.W.L. Barton one sixth part the said Franklin
Johnson and Sarah S. Johnson one third part
and the said Agnes M. Miller and C.R. Miller one sixth
