the above described tracts of land and each and every of
them with the appurtenances of each and every of them
and all the Estate right title and interest which
the said parties to the said Cause in Partition and each
and every of them had on the said Twenty first day of
February aforesaid or at any time since or now hath,
To have and to hold the said land and premises and
every part thereof with the appurtenances unto the said
Thomas G. Ramsey heirs and assigns forever as fully and
absolutely as we the said parties of the first part as
Commissioners aforesaid and under the Authority afore-
said might could or ought to sell and convey the Same

have hereunto set our hands and Seals this day of in the

Franklin County   } Personally came before me this 20th day
of May A.D. 1879 George R. Fairbanks Esq to me well known and
acknowledged in my presence that as one of the Commissioners appoint-
ted therefor he had duly executed the within Conveyance for
the purposes therein Set forth that the Other Signees thereof are
dead and that their signatures thereto are their genuine Signatures
In Witness Whereof I Commissioner of the State of Florida
to take proof of acknowledgment in the State of Tenessee
I have hereunto set my hand & seal the day and year first

I, Nancy Hampton do hereby give my Daughter Philis
Micken a Sorrel Colt to have and to hold as her own pro-
viding that she agree to never sell trade or Swap it and at
her death said Colt shall go the her Children
