John Marlarkey To Ideler Kennard
              "Deed"
This Indenture made the Sixth day of July
Anno Domini Eighteen hundred and Seventy nine
Between John Malarkey and Mary Marlarkey of
Fernandina County of Nassau and State of Florida
parties of the first part and Idela Kennard of
Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of One hundred
Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have given granted aliened bargained sold transferred
and do by these presents give grant alien bargain
sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the
second part and her heirs and assigns forever all that 
certain Lot Tract or Parcel of Land situate lying and
being in the town of Waldo County of Alachua and 
the State of Florida and known and described on
the public records of said State as all that certain
tract or parcel of land lying East of the Transit
Rail Road and being a part of the South East Quar
ter of the South East Quarter of Section Fourteen
Township Eight South of Range Twenty one being Eight
acres more or less.
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and also
all the estate right title interest dower and right
of Dower property claim and demand whatsoever.
