"Deed"
This Indenture Made the 18th day of March Anno Domini
Eighteen hundred and Seventy nine Between Ideler Kennard
in her own right and Saml J. Kennard who joins in conveying
of the Town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of
Florida party of the first part and Saml J. Kennard
Jr and Rebecca Kennard of Waldo County of Alachua
and the State of Florida parties of the second part
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Seventy five dollars to her
in hand paid by the said parties of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given
granted aliened bargained sold transferred and do by
these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer and
convey unto the said parties of the second part and their
heirs and assigns forever all that certain Lot Tract or Parcel
of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
and the State of Florida and known and described
on the public records of said State as follows Commencing
at a post standing on the Quarter section line Eight chains
50 links (8.50) North of South East Corner (and at the
South East corner of land sold to George A. Butler) of NW1/4
of SW1/4 Sec 13 T8 R21 Thence running West to forty feet
of the Rail Road Reserve thence Southerly Two chains. Thence
East to the Quarter section line thence North along the Quarter
section line Two chains to the place of Starting the
same being in and a fractional part of the North
West Quarter of the South West Quarter of section
Thirteen township Eight South of Range Twenty one
east containing Three 25/100 acres more or less.
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging and also all the estate
right title interest property claim and demand whatso-
ever as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the
first part of in and to the same with the appurtenances
To have and to hold the above described premises with
the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said
parties of the second part and their heirs and assigns
as their absolute property in fee Simple forever
And the said Ideler Kennard for her heirs and assigns
doth covenant and agree that she is lawfully seized
of the above described premises by deed from the
Trustees of the Florida Rail Road Company bearing
date the 31st of October 1868 and that she has con-
veyed the same free and discharged from all
encumbrances and liens of any and every nature
and description created by her and the said parties
