that I Thomas B. Ellis of the said county and state
for and in consideration of the Sum of one dollar
to me in hand paid by Dora Cotrell my beloved
wife of the same County and State as well as
in consideration of the Great love and affection
which I have and bear to my said wife have and
by these presents doth bargain sell give grant
