all and Singular the Lands tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
any wise attached or appertained

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
I R.B. Hunter of said State and County am held
and firmly bound unto Turner Stevens of the same
State and County in the full and just sum of Three
hundred thirty three & 33/100 dollars for the payment
whereof well and truly to be made I bind myself
my heirs executors and administrators jointly and sever-
ably firmly by these presents signed and sealed this
12th day of July AD 1879.
The condition of this obligation is Such that whereas
I the said R.B. Hunter have this day bargained
and sold unto the said Turner Stevens the tract
of land hereinafter described and whereas the said
Turner Stevens has this day made and delivered to me
