his three certain promissory notes for the sum
One hundred and Eleven 11/100 dollars each said
notes bearing even date with these presents and
begin payable in one two and three years respec-
tively and bearing interest at the rate of eight
per cent per annum now if the said Turner
Stevens shall well and truly pay or cause to be
paid unto the said R.B. Hunter or his legal repre-
sentatives the said sum of money mentioned in
the said several promissory notes together with the
accrued interest thereon at or before the maturity
of said notes respectively according to the true in-
tent and tenor of said notes then the said R.B.
Hunter shall be bound by these presents to make
or cause to be made unto the said Turner Stevens
or to whomsoever he may direct good and Sufficient
title deeds to the following lot tract or parcel of
land lying and being situate in said State
and County to wit, Commencing at a point thirteen
chains thirty three and 1/3 links North of the South
East corner of section Twenty Six (26) Township
Eleven (11) South, Range (21) twenty one East and running
                        (25)
thence West Twenty five ^ chains thence North Thir-
teen (13) chains Thirty three & 1/3 links thence East Twenty
five (25) chains to the section line thence South 
along said section line Thirteen (13) chains Thirty
three & 1/3 links to the point of beginning contain-
ing Thirty three and one third (33 1/3) acres more or
less But should the said Turner Stevens fail to meet
the payment of said promissory at or before their
maturity or to pay the whole sum at or before the
maturity of the last of said notes then this ob-
ligation shall no longer be binding upon the said
R.B. Hunter
