Donald MacRae To Wm J. McDonell & Co
               "Deed"
This Indenture made this Sixteenth day of January Anno
Domini Eighteen hundred and Seventy nine between Donald
MacRae of the City of Wilmington County of New
Hanover and State of North Carolina party of the
first part and Wm J. McDonell and Samuel P.
Helveston under the firm name and of Wm J. Mc
Donell & Co of the town of Archer County of Alachua
and State of Florida parties of the second part
Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of One hundred Dollars
to him in hand paid by the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath given granted aliened bargained sold transferred
and do by these presents give grant alien bargain sell
transfer and convey unto the said parties of the sec-
ond part and to their heirs and assigns forever all that
certain Lot Tract or parcel of land situate lying and
being in the said town of Archer County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and described on
the official plat of said town as Lot numbered four
(4) in Block numbered Twenty (20) which said Lot has
a frontage of and measures thirty three (33) feet on
Reserve Street which bounds it on the North West and
extends Seventy five (75) feet to Helveston Street
which bounds it on the South East and on which
it has a frontage of thirty three (33) feet
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances thereunto belonging and also
all the estate right title interest property claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of
the said party of the first part of in and to the same
with the appurtenances.
To have and to hold the above described premises with the
appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said parties
of the second part and to their heirs and assigns as
their absolute property in fee simple forever and
the said Donald MacRae for himself and for all others
claiming by through or under him does covenant and
agree that he is seized in fee simple of a good and 
indefeasible estate in and to the above premises by
deed from The Trustees of the Florida Rail Road Company
dated June 12th 1867 and that he has conveyed the same
free and discharged from all encumbrances and
