liens of any and every nature and description
created by himself and that the said parties of the
second part their heirs and assigns shall quietly

ey & Cornelia Mackey late of Reedsbury Wisconsin
do hereby make constitute & appoint Safford Mack-
ey of the same place our true and lawful attorney for
us & in our name to sell dispose deed & transfer
as he may deem most any or all our right title
& interest in & to any lands situate in the State
of Florida & also to receive & receipt for the same
in as full a manner as we could do if personally
present he is also authorized to receive any demands
