Whereas at said sale the said Mrs Sarah R.
Barnes became the purchaser of the prop-
erty hereinafter described for the sum of Three
thousand one hundred ($3100.00) Dollars that
being the highest and best sum bid for the same
and she being the bidder thereof: -
Now Therefore Know Ye, That I the said
Samuel C. Tucker sheriff as aforesaid in con-
sideration of the premises and for and in con-
sideration of the said sum of Three Thousand
one hundred dollars to me as said sheriff
in hand paid by the said Sarah R. Barnes
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Sarah R. Barnes
and to her heirs and assigns forever all those
certain lots tracts parcels or pieces of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and particularly known
designated and described as follows to wit:
the North half of the North West Quarter and
the North East quarter and one hundred and 
twenty (120) acres in the South East Quarter of
section twenty two (22) and (all of Section fourteen
(14) and the South West Quarter of Section Eleven
(11) and all the interest of said William Dixon Lewis
in Sections twenty six (26) and twenty Seven (27) all
in township ten (10) South of Range twenty (20) East
: - Saving and excepting the following parcels of
land described as follows viz: - Starting from a
double gum tree on the NE side of a Small
sink N 50 degrees and Seventeen (17) minutes W 2131
feet from SE corner of section 22 T10 R 20 and
running North 35 degrees & 30 minutes East 1037
feet to a live Oak stake thence N 54 degrees 30 min-
uets W 630 feet to a live Oak stake thence South
35 degrees 30 minuets W 1037 feet to a live Oak Stake
thence South 54 degrees 30 minuets E to a double
gum tree the point of beginning containing
fifteen (15) acres more or less, and that portion
of section 22 T 10 R 20 Commencing at a double
gum Tree at SE corner of what is called
W.S. Lands fifteen acre lot running S 35° 30'
W 648 feet to a stake thence W 104 feet to a stake
thence N (858) Eight hundred and fifty Eight ft
thence N 54° 30' W 578 feet to the point of beginning
containing five (5) acres more or less - and also -
