at the NW corner of what is called W.S. Lands
fifteen (15) acre lot running N 54° 30' W 600
feet to a stake thence S 9° W 505 feet to a stake
thence S 18° 30' E 463 feet to a stake thence N 35° 30'
E along bordering of what is called W.S. Lands
fifteen (15) acre lot to the point of beginning Con-
taining five (5) acres more or less - Making in
the aggregate ten (10) acres. Also that portion
of section 22 T10 R20 S & E. Commencing at a
stake on the NW corner of what is called W.S.
Lands twenty five (25) acre field running N 1067
feet thence E 1067 feet thence S 1067 feet thence W
1067 feet to the point of beginning containing
twenty six acres of land Also one third undi-
vided interest in the South West Quarter of sec-
tion 22 T10 R20 S&E known as the "sink hole"
all of said lands lying and being in Alachua
County and State of Florida and being a part
of section Twenty two (22) Township ten (10) S
Range Twenty (20) E and formerly purchased
by W.L. Land Together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenan-
ces thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain-
ing and also all the right title interest property
possession claim and demand of the said
Wm Dixon Lewis his heirs and assigns of in and
to the same and every part and parcel there-
of, To have and to hold unto her the said Sarah
R. Barnes and to her heirs and assigns forever
as fully and iffectually as I the said Samuel
C. Tucker sheriff as aforesaid under and by
virtue of the said Sundry decrees of foreclosure
and the Sundry writs of Execution thereupon
issued and the levy advertisement and sale
thereunder made might could or ought to sell
and convey the same
