peared Samuel C. Tucker Sheriff of Alachua
County Florida to me well known and personally
known as such and as the person described
in and who executed the foregoing deed of
Conveyance to Sarah R. Barnes and the said
S.C. Tucker acknowledged before me that
he Signed Sealed and delivered the said Foregoing
deed of Conveyance for the uses and purposes
therein contained and expressed

County of Alachua } This Indenture made and
entered into this the 29th day of August AD 1878
Between Mrs Olivia A. Porter and Dr Watson
Porter her husband parties of the first part and
Mrs Ellen H. Walls party of the Second part all
of Alachua County State of Florida
                                  Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and
in Consideration of the Sum of ($100) One hun-
dred dollars to them in hand paid by the party
of the Second part the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged have granted bargained Sold and
Conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain
alien Sell and Convey unto the party of the Second
part her heirs and assigns forever all that Certain
tract or parcel of land Situate lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
in Section (27) twenty Seven Township Ten (10), Range
(19) nineteen South and East, and known and des-
cribed in a deed from John L. Barton to Mrs
Olivia A. Porter recorded in Book "I" records of
Alachua County Florida on page 198 of said
Book and bounded as follows beginning at the
North West Corner of said Section (27) twenty Seven
