West (6) Six Chains and fifty links to the place of
beginning Containing Five (5) acres more or less
together with all the privileges and appurten-
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper-
taining To have and to hold the Same unto him
the said Ellen H. Walls and her heirs and assigns
to their own proper use and behoof forever
And the said party of the first part for their
heirs executors and administrators do Covenant
and agree to and with the party of the second part
her heirs and assigns that the said Olivia A. Porter
at the time of the ensealing and delivery of
these presents was lawfully seized in her own
right of a good and indefeasible estate of
inheritance in fee Simple of and in all of the 
above bargained and described premises with
their privileges and appurtenances, And has good
right full power and lawful authority to Sell
the Same and that the Said party of the Second part
her heirs and assigns shall and may at all times
hereafter peaceably and quietly enjoy the above
granted premises without let suit trouble or hin-
drance of or from the parties of the first part their heirs
or assigns or of any other persons lawfully Claiming
or to Claim the Same and that the Same are now free
clear and discharged and unencumbered of and from
all former and other grants titles charges Judgements
taxes and encumbrances of whatever nature or kind
Soever and the said partys of the first part Covenant
for themselves their heirs executors administrators
that they shall and will warrant and forever defend
the title to these premises to the party of the Second part
against all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming
or to claim the Same
