This Indenture made and entered into on this the
25th day of February AD one thousand and eight hundred
and seventy nine between Thos B. Tillis and his wife
Hettie Tillis parties of the first part and M.A. Tolar
party of the second part Witnesseth
                                   That the said par-
ties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Seventy five dollars to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof
