A.E. & R.F. Taylor To Kate A. Taylor
"Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
that we Amelia E. Taylor and her husband R.
F. Taylor of the aforesaid County and State for
and in consideration of the Sum of Five hundred
dollars to me the said Amelia E. Taylor in hand
paid the receipt whereof or its equivalent is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and Convey unto the said Kate A. Taylor
of the City of New York an undivided one half
interest in all that Certain Lot or subdivision
No Nine (9) of the Moses E. Levy Grant as the Same
is designated upon the Maps of the "Arredondo Grant"
as the Same is designated and particularly known
and described as Lot No Seventy four (74) upon
a Map of what is popularly known as the "Leitner
Place" Surveyed and Made by Professor Wm C. Miller
Containing Twenty Seven (27) acres of Land more or
less located on the south and South East end of
"Wauburg Lake" =
Together with all and Singular an undivided one
half interest in the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any-
wise appertaining. To have and to hold the Same
unto her the said Kate A. Taylor and to her heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple
absolute forever.

set our hands and affixed our seals on this 19th
day of July AD 1879
