veyed the Same free and discharged from all incum-
brances and liens of any and every nature and descript-
tion and that the said party of the Second part his heirs
and assigns shall quietly and peaceably and may at
all times hereafter have use occupy possess and enjoy
the above described premises against all persons what
Soever lawfully claiming the Same and that it will at
any and at all times make Such further Covenants
Conveyances and assurances at the expense of the
said party of the Second part as he the Said party of the
Second part his heirs and assigns or Counsel learned in
the law may require
In Witness Whereof the Said party of the first part
has Caused its Corporate seal to be hereunto affixed
And these presents to be subscribed by its President

Ned E. Farrell Carrie B. Farrell his wife of Waldo
County of Alachua and State of Florida parties
of the first part and Wallace Mills of Waldo
County of Alachua and State of Florida party
of the second part; Witnesseth that the said par-
ties of the first part for and in Consideration
of the sum of One hundred dollars to them
in hand paid by the Said party of the Second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have given granted aliened bargained Sold trans-
ferred and do by these presents give grant alien
bargain Sell transfer and Convey unto the Said
party of the second part and his heirs and
assigns forever all that Certain Lot Tract or
Parcel of Land Situate lying and being in the
