and known and described on the public records
of said State as The South West Quarter of the
North East Quarter of section Twenty two (22) in
Township Eight South of Range Twenty one East
containing Forty acres more or less (SW1/4 of NE1/4
Sec 22 T8 S R21 E)
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances thereunto belonging and
also all the estate right title interest dower and
right of Dower property claim and demand what-
soever as well in law as in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the same with the
appurtenances
To have and To hold the above described
premises with the appurtenances thereunto
belonging unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns as his absolute
property in fee simple forever, and the said
Ned E. Farrell & Carrie B. Farrell for themselves
heirs and assigns do covenant and agree that they
are lawfully seized of the above described premises
by deed from the Florida Land & Immigration Co bearing
date April 3rd 1879 and that they have conveyed
the same free and discharged from all encum-
brances and liens of any and every nature and
description created by them; and the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns
shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above dis-
cribed premises against all persons whatsoever
lawfully claiming by through or under them the
said parties of the first part.

peared Ned E. Farrell and Carrie B. Farrell
on this Fifth of June AD 1879, who Severally
acknowledged that they executed the foregoing
deed: and I further Certify that the said Carrie B.
Farrell being at the time Separate and apart
from her said husband did acknowledge under
her hand and seal that she executed the foregoing
deed of conveyance to Wallace Mills and that she
