joined in the said deed for the purpose of relin-
quishing and renouncing all dower or right of dower
in and to the premises described therein and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of dower was
and is made fully and voluntarily and without
any compulsion or constraint apprehension or

Arthur H. Rogers To George A. Kimball
              "Deed"
Know all men by these presents that I Arthur H. Rogers
of the City and County of Worcester and Commom-
wealth of Massachusetts in consideration of Five
Hundred Dollars paid by George A. Kimball of the
same Worcester the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged do hereby give grant bargain sell and con-
vey unto the said George A. Kimball all that cer-
tain tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
and better known and described as the South West
Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section Two
in Township Eight South of Range Twenty one East
containing Forty acres more or less (SW1/4 of SW1/4 Sec
2, T8 S R21 E 40 acres meaning and intending to con-
vey the same estate conveyed to me by the Florida land
                          said deed being    
and Immigration Company and recorded April 23rd
AD 1877 in Deed Book "J" pages 405 & 406.
To have and to hold the granted premises with the priv-
ileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the said
George A. Kimball and his heirs and assigns to their
own use and behoof forever
And I do hereby for myself and my heirs execu-
tors and administrators covenant with the said Grantee
and his heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized
in fee simple of the granted premises that they are
free from all incumbrances that I have good right
to sell and convey the same as aforesaid and that
I will and my heirs executors and administrators
