that I Ellen J. Marchmont wife of C.C. Marchmont in
consideration of three hundred dollars to me paid
by Blanche Siegler wife of William L. Siegler all of
Gainesville in said County and State do hereby grant
bargain sell and convey to the said Blanche Siegler
all that certain tract or parcel of land described in
Voyle's Survey of East Gainesville in 1876 as Lots -9-
