To have and to hold to the said Blanche Seigler her heirs
and assigns in fee Simple forever.
And I the said Ellen J. Marchmont do hereby covenant
with the said Blanche Seigler her heirs and assigns
that I am the owner of the afore granted premises that they
are free from all incumbrances that I have good right
to convey the same and that I will and my heirs exec-
utors and administrators shall forever warrant and defend
the same against all persons whomsoever pursuing any
legal or lawful claims against the same
In testimony whereof I the said Ellen J. Marchmont to-
gether with C.C. Marchmont my husband who joins
in this conveyance to show his consent to the same have-
hereunto set our hand and seals this Twenty first day of
March AD 1879.

principal Grantor in this instrument who upon-

from her husband and all persons acknowledged that

deed and that she executed the same freely and 
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
