Abraham Mitchell To Horace Tarbox
                "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that I Abraham Mitchell of Alachua County
State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum
of Two hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by
Horace Tarbox of said County and State the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bar-
gained and sold and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto him the said Horace
Tarbox and to his heirs and assigns forever all that
certain lot piece or parcel of land lying and being
in the County of Alachua State of Florida and
particularly known and described as follows
viz: Lot No 7 or the North East Quarter of South
West Quarter (NE1/4 of SW1/4) of section twenty Seven
(27) Township ten (10) S Range Eighteen (18) E contain-
ing forty acres more or less. Together with all the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in any wise appertaining - To 
Have and to hold the same unto him the said
Horace Tarbox and his heirs and assigns in fee
Simple forever and I hereby covenant to warrant
and defend the Same to the said Horace Tarbox
his heirs and assigns against the claims and de-
mands of all persons whomsoever
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this  day of  AD one thousand eight hun-
dred and Seventy nine

Abraham Mitchell and Eliza E. Mitchell Mitchell
his wife and the said Abraham Mitchell acknowl-
edged before me that he executed the foregoing
deed for the uses and purposes therein contained and
expressed and the said Eliza E. Mitchell being ex
amined by me separate and apart from her husband
acknowledged that she relinquished and renounces
