"Deed"
This Indenture made this the 3rd day of July
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hun-
dred and Seventy nine between John W. McNeely
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party
of the first part and D.J. Reavis of Alachua
County Florida party of the second part;
Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the Sum of One hundred and
twenty five dollars to him in hand paid by the said
party of the second part at and before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged has bargained sold released
granted conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
does bargain sell release grant convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever all that certain Lot piece or parcel
of land known and described as follows that is to
say Commencing at a point nine hundred and thirty
