and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any-
wise appertaining and all the estate right title interest
property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in Law as in Equity of the said party of the
first part in and to the above described premises and
every part thereof:
To have and to hold the above granted bargained and
described premises with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns to
his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever
And the said party of the first part for his heirs executors
and administrators do hereby covenant with the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns that at the 
time of the delivery hereof the said party of the first
part is the lawful owner of the premises above granted
and seized thereof in fee simple absolute: that
they are free from all incumbrances that the said
party of the first part has good right to sell and
convey the same to the said party of the second
part as aforesaid and that the said party of the
first part his heirs executors and administrators
the above described and hereby granted and con-
veyed premises and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns
against the said party of the first part and his
heirs and against all and every person and per-
sons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the
same shall and will warrant and by these presents
forever defend

have hereunto set his hand and affixed his Seal
