Lavinia A.R. Crumpton To Lewis W. Fennel
                            "Deed"
            This Indenture made this 17th day of July in the year of
            our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy nine be-
            tween Lavinia A.R. Crumpton and Henry A.H. Crumpton (her
            lawful husband) of Alachua County Florida farmer of the
            first part and Lewis W. Fennel of said County and State
            farmer of the Second part: Witnesseth, that the said parties
            of the first part in consideration of the Sum of Eight
            hundred dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
            acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and by
            these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said
            party of the Second part his heirs and assigns all that
            piece or parcel of land Situated in Alachua Co and
            State of Florida known by the United States Survey as
            the North half of the North West Quarter of Section
            fifteen township ten South Range twenty two East (
            Except two acres deeded to the Methodist Episcopal
            Church South said two acres are marked out by a Survey
            beginning Eighteen chains from the North West corner of
            said Section East thence South 25° East three 64/100 chains
            back to Section line) these lines mark out the two acres
            leaving the North half of the North West Quarter to con-
            tain Seventy Eight acres more or less. Together with the appurten-
            ances thereto belonging and all the estate right title
            interest claim and demand of the said parties of the
            first part herein and the said Lavinia A.R. Crumpton
            and her husband Henry A.H. Crumpton parties of the first
            part hereby expressly waive release relinquish and convey
            unto the said Lewis W. Fennel and his heirs executors ad-
            ministrators and assigns all right title claim interest
            and benefit whatsoever in and to the above described
            premises and each and every part thereof which is given by
            or results from any and all laws of this State pertaining
            to the exemption of homesteads and the said Lavinia
            A.R. Crumpton and Henry A.H. Crumpton for themselves
            and their heirs executors and administrators do covenant
            grant bargain and agree to and with Lewis W. Fennel
            and with his heirs and assigns that the above bargained
            premises in the Quiet and peaceable possession of the
            said party of the Second part and his heirs and assigns
            the said parties of the first part will warrant and forever
            defend In Witness whereof the said parties of the first part
            have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first
