This Indenture made the 15th day of July Anno Domini Eighteen
hundred and Seventy nine Between William Bryant and 
Caroline Bryant of Cedar Keys County of Levy and State
of Fla parties of the first part and Mrs Rebecca Ken-
nard of Waldo County of Alachua and the State of 
Florida party of the Second part Witnesseth: that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration
of Fifty dollars to him in hand paid by the said
party of the Second part the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged has given granted aliened bargained
