sold transferred and do by these presents give grant
alien bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said party
of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever
all that certain lot tract or parcel of Land Situate lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida and known and described on the public records
of said State as the South West Quarter of the North
East Quarter of section Twenty Six Township Eight
Range twenty one, SW1/4 of NE1/4 S26 T8 R21 Cont-
aining forty acres more or less
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and
also all the estate right title interest dower and
right of dower property claim and demand what
soever as well in law as in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the same with the ap-
purtenances. To have and To hold the above described
premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging
unto the said parties of the second part and their
heirs and assigns as their absolute property in
fee simple forever and the said William Bryant for
themselves their heirs and assigns do covenant and
agree that they are lawfully seized of the above described
premises by deed from Florida Land & Immigration Company
bearing date January 4th 77, and that they have conveyed
the same free and discharged from all incumbrances
and liens of any and every nature and description created
by them and the said parties of the second part their 
heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy
the above described premises against all persons what-
soever lawfully claiming by through or under them
the said parties of the first part

have hereunto affixed their hand and seals this the
day and year above written

Lutterloh a Justice of the Peace personally appeared
William Bryant and Caroline Bryant his wife on this
15th of July AD 1879 who Severally acknowledged that
they executed the foregoing deed and I further cer-
tify that the said Caroline Bryant being at the
time separate and apart from her said husband
did acknowledge under her hand and seal that she
executed the foregoing of cor deed of conveyance
