This Indenture made and entered into on this the nineteenth
day of February in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hun-
dred and Seventy eight Between the Florida Land and 
Immigration Company a body Corporate under the laws of 
the State of Florida party of the first part and Roxana
L. Thompson wife of Duty S. Thompson party of the Second 
part Witnesseth that the Said party of the first part 
for and in Consideration of the Sum of Fifty Dollars 
lawful money of the United States of America to it 
in hand paid by the Said party of the Second part 
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
