husband of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida parties of the first part and Louise C.
Baylis of Alachua County State aforesaid party of
the second part for and in consideration of the Sum of One
($1) dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part at and before the ensealing and de-
livery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
Acknowledged have bargained sold released granted
conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents do bar-
gain Sell release grant Convey and Confirm unto the
said party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever
all that Certain piece or parcel of land Situate and
lying in Section twelve (12) Township nine (9) Range twen-
ty S&E United States Survey and more particularly des-
cribed as lot four (4) of the Original Survey of the
town of Fairbanks Containing one half acre.
Provided always that the Louise C. Baylis or her heirs or
assigns shall never sell rent or lease the above described
lands or any part thereof to any person or persons of color
Also that no intoxicating liquors Shall be Sold or
used on said lot as a beverage by any person or persons
whomsoever nor shall she knowingly allow any gambling
on the said lands and it is expressly agreed that if the
above provisions or any one of them be violated then
and in that event this lot reverts to Mary E. Furman
otherwise this transfer remains good
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and ap-
purtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
and all the estate right title interest property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity
of the said party of the first part in and to the above
described premises and every part and parcel thereof:
To have and to hold the above granted bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the Said party of
the Second part her heirs and assigns to her and their
own proper use benefit and behoof forever And the Said
parties of the first part for their heirs executors and
administrators do hereby Covenant and agree with the
said party of the second part her heirs and assigns
that at the time of the delivery hereof the Said parties
of the first part were the lawful owners of the prem-
ises above granted and Seized thereof in fee Simple
absolute: that they are free from all incumbrances
that the Said parties of the first part have good
right to sell and Convey the Same to the Said party
of the Second part as aforesaid and that the Said
parties of the first part their heirs executors and
