Florida the above named Mattee L. Bell to me well known
as the wife of A.D. Bell and as one of the persons
described in and who executed the foregoing Deed of con-
veyance who being at the time separate and apart from her
husband the said A.D. Bell did then and there make and
execute the foregoing acknowledgement her name being
with her own hand subscribed and her seal affixed

that I Samuel Garrett of the aforesaid County and
State of the first part and Charles Hodge of the
same place of the second part Witnesseth that for
and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred Dollars
to me cash in hand paid at and before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
