This deed consolidates and confirms the above des-
cribed land as set forth in two deeds executed
by me Samuel Garrett unto Charles Hodge dated
30th July 1874 I said Garrett having purchased
and redeemed said land and by these presents do
return and restore unto the said Charles Hodge
his heirs and assigns all the deeds and patents be-
longing thereto with all right and possession belonging
to the premises To have and to hold forever
