This Indenture, made this the fifteenth day of May
in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
seventy nine between Albert D. Loomis of the County of
Cook and State of Illinois party of the first part
and Jennie Pelton of Fairbanks Alachua County
Florida party of the Second part: Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Fifty dollars to him in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at and before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has
bargained sold released granted conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents do bargain
sell release grant convey and confirm unto the
