Samuel A. Swann & wife To W.W. Redd
             "Deed"
This Indenture made the twenty first day of July Anno Domini
Eighteen hundred and Seventy nine between Samuel A.
Swann of the City of Fernandina County of Nassau
and State of Florida and Martha R. Swann his wife
parties of the first part and Washington W. Redd of the
town of Waldo County of Alachua and said State of
Florida party of the second part: Witnesseth, that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Two hundred dollars to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted
aliened bargained sold transferred and do by these
presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer and
convey unto the said party of the second part and
to his heirs and assigns forever all those certain
Lots Tracts or Parcels of land situate lying and being
in the town of Waldo said County of Alachua and
State of Florida and known and described on the
official plat of said town as Lots numbered two
(2) Three (3) and Four (4) in Block twenty two (22) each
of which said lots have an area of fifty two and eight
tenths feet in width by one hundred feet in depth
having together a frontage of one hundred and
fifty eight feet and five inches on Weeks Street
