R.B. Weeks To Mary Weeks
         "Deed"
This Indenture made the first day of August anno Domini
Eighteen hundred and Seventy nine Between Robert B. Weeks
and Martha J.M. Weeks husband and wife of Waldo
County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of
the first part and Mary Weeks of Waldo County
of Alachua and State of Florida party of the 
second part; Witnesseth: That the said parties of the
first part for and in consideration of forty Dollars
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have given granted aliened bargained sold transferred
and do by these presents give grant alien bargain sell
transfer and convey unto the said party of the second
part and her heirs and assigns forever all that cer-
tain Lot Tract or parcel of land situate lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
and known and described on the public records of
said State as a portion of the south west Quarter
of the North East Quarter of section twenty three
township eight south of Range twenty one East
Commencing at a point where the south line of said
tract intersects the center of the Tampa RR thence
running North Westerly along the center of said Road
Four hundred and twenty three (423) feet thence at
right angles with said road south westerly one
hundred and sixty feet thence North Westerly
paralel with said RR one hundred and sixty feet
to center of RR thence along center of RR one
hundred feet to the place of beginning except
always the right of way of said Rail Road
