This Indenture made and entered into this the
first day of August in the year of Our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine
by and between Susan R. Jervey James L. Jervey
W. St Julien Jervey and Mary Caroline Jervey
his wife Rene R. Jervey and Sally S. Jervey
his wife Charles S. Jervey Elizabeth D. Jervey and
Maria S. Jervey of the County of Charleston and
State of South Carolina of the first part and the
said Charles S. Jervey of the second part witness-
eth- Whereas William Jervey late of the County of
Charleston and State of South Carolina departed
this life on the ninth day of September in the
year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and seventy seized and possessed ****** ********
of certain Real property in the State of Florida
hereinafter described and also leaving Surviving
him the said Susan R. Jervey James L. Jervey W. St-
Julien Jervey Rene R. Jervey Charles S. Jervey
Elizabeth D. Jervey and Maria S. Jervey his children
and right heirs and whereas the said St Julian
Jervey did take out letters of administration on
the Estate of the said William Jervey and has
duly administered the same and has paid all the
just debts of said estate and whereas a contract
has been affected between the said Charles S. Jervey
and the afore named parties hereto whereby the
interests of all the others the said heirs shall
be sold and conveyed unto the said Charles S.
Jervey. Now Know all men by these presents that the
said parties of the first part for and in consider-
ation of the sum of five hundred dollars to them
in hand paid by the said Charles S. Jervey the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
given granted aliened bargained sold trans-
ferred and do by these presents give grant
alien bargain sell transfer and convey unto
the said Charles S. Jervey his heirs and assigns
forever all those several tracts and parcels of
Land lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida and particularly known and
described on the Maps of Public Surveys of
said state as Lots two (2) three (3) four (4) five (5)
six (6) and seven (7) and South half (S1/2) of Lots
Eight (8) and nine (9) of section nineteen (19) Town-
ship seven South (T7S) Range Twenty East (R20E) Con-
taining Six hundred and Seventy Seven 95/100 (677 95/100)
